Payments
All direct payments on the website will utilise the Paypal payment system, where you can use your Bank Account, Credit Cards, Debit Cards or a Paypal account balance. You do not need a Paypal account to use the checkout system. Payments are 100% safe as they are processed through PayPal , which is 100% secure, and we have no access to your card or account details. Payments can be made in any currency which the Paypal system accepts, and it will convert them to UK Pounds during the checkout process.
We are also able to accept UK personal cheques and direct bank transfers, but you would need to contact us first to discuss this. In rare cases we can also arrange for cash on delivery/collection.
Post & Packing
We are now pleased to provide Free Standard Delivery to all UK Mainland addresses.
If you are NOT in the UK, please contact us before attempting to purchase any posters. We are very happy to dispatch internationally but this will enable us to find out the extra cost above UK postage and any delivery options for you before proceeding. International orders will always have the customs declared value matching the amount paid, and you will be responsible for any customs charges.
If you need a poster urgently you will need to advise us, ideally before buying, as we do need time to package up and take to the package drop-off locations, and any special urgent delivery options will involve an extra cost.
Due to the value and nature of the items being sold, all deliveries will be made to the billing address provided for the security of both buyer and seller. This is why there is no option for a separate shipping address at the checkout.
All postage methods will be Insured and Signed-for, to cover loss or damage in transit. You should not sign for an item which has obviously been damaged in transit, as it then becomes your responsibility.
On dispatch we will advise you of the relevant tracking number, and an estimate of when you should expect to receive the poster(s).
Returns
All items are covered by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which give all buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the item, for a full refund less RETURN transport costs. In this situation the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and will be the buyer's responsibility until it is received back with us. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancelling.
We will obviously offer a full refund including return transport if we have significantly misdescribed a poster's condition.
In either situation please contact us PRIOR to returning an item, so that we can ensure that we are expecting it's arrival.
