Title - Southern – Main Line and Suburban Passenger Services (Map).
Description - An extremely detailed system map poster of the whole of British Railway's Southern Region. This was before the wholesale closures of lines from the late 1950s and the Beeching era, so it is a very busy network, with a full station list at the bottom. It even shows which lines were electrified in the suburban area at the time, and also includes the Western Region lines through the West Country. It is evident from this map just how many towns and villages lost their rail services over the next 20 years.
