Description - A black-based poster with the enigmatic title "Important Notice" and a space provided in the middle for whatever reason/excuse the station staff felt was needing to be passed on to the travelling public.
This type of poster would most likely be pinned onto a board near the station entrance with chalk being used for the message. This meant that it could be re-used multiple times.
