Title - Travel only when you must.
Artist - Anon.
Description - A wartime poster reminding potential travellers that war-related traffic took priority, and that the government would really rather that people didn't travel at all unless they absolutely had to. By 1942 the strain on the railways was starting to tell, and there were more posters trying to stop people travelling, rather than the earlier wartime posters advising of dangers, blackouts and air-raids.
