Title - Whitsun Holidays - Don't Forget to
Artist – N/A.
Description - A wartime information poster, probably for the Whitsun week in 1940. The Government was trying to control the use of the railways, while still allowing leisure travel. Wartime meant that there were far fewer railway employees available to help passengers and fewer passenger trains, so being organised in advance was very important.
